Who owns what
All the code, text, graphics, icons, names, and logos on this site and in the apps are owned by Witold Witkowski, dba Go Offline By Design, and protected by copyright. Go Offline By Design and the app names (Wordkowski, Blockowski, Szeptem, Glidepath, Remik 51, SecureLicense, TrailTally, FlagLine, Speedowski, Spin Thing, and SonicViz) are trademarks of Witold Witkowski, claimed through use.
Using the apps
The apps are licensed to you, not sold. Using them is covered by Apple's standard App Store EULA, unless an app's own page says otherwise. Please don't copy, resell, or reverse engineer them, beyond what the law allows.
Open source, coming soon
I'm working on open sourcing all of the apps. I'm still choosing the right license for each one, so this will happen app by app. Until an app's page says it's open source and names its license, everything above still applies to it. Check back soon.
Other people's names
Any other product or company names mentioned here, like Apple and the App Store, belong to their owners.
Reporting copying or infringement
If you see someone copying my apps or their names, or you think something here infringes your rights, let me know through the Support page.
